THE GLOBAL MAJORITY (TGM) — SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Immediately

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from the official The Global Majority website operated by Digidrop Inc. (“Digidrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on behalf of The Global Majority (“TGM”).

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

1.1 Standard Orders (Non–Pre-Order Items)

Most in-stock, non-pre-order items are processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • New product drops

  • High-volume sales periods

  • Limited or special collections

  • Peak holiday seasons

  • Weather disruptions

  • Carrier delays or operational constraints

Processing time does not include transit time.


1.2 Multiple-Item Orders (Single Shipment Policy)

To protect against lost, mismatched, or partial shipments:

  • All items in a single order ship together once ALL items are in stock

  • Orders cannot be split after placement

  • If you want items shipped separately, you must place separate orders

This policy is enforced for quality control and order accuracy.


2. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (when available)

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier scans your package.

Some shipping services provide limited or delayed tracking visibility, depending on the carrier and service level selected.


3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery timelines begin after order processing is complete.

3.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may be extended due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Holiday volume

  • Regional disruptions

  • Rural or remote delivery locations


3.2 International Shipping

International delivery timelines vary significantly based on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Estimated delivery time: 2–10 weeks

International shipments may experience delays due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import processing timelines

  • International logistics outside our control

  • Local postal service variability


4. PRE-ORDERS

4.1 Single Shipment Rule

For accuracy and quality control:

  • All items in a single order ship together when the pre-order item becomes available

If your order includes:

  • An in-stock item and

  • A pre-order item

👉 The entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready.


4.2 Want In-Stock Items Sooner?

You may request cancellation and re-purchase as two separate orders:

  • Order #1 — In-stock items

  • Order #2 — Pre-order items

We cannot manually split orders after they are placed.


5. SHIPPING METHOD CHANGES

Once an order is placed:

  • Shipping methods cannot be changed, upgraded, downgraded, or modified

This protects shipment accuracy and system integrity.


6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS

6.1 Customs Delays

International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections or clearance procedures.

We do not control:

  • Customs processing timelines

  • Local postal procedures

  • Additional inspections or holds


6.2 If Your Package Has Not Arrived After 10 Weeks

Please contact:

  • Your local post office

  • Your country’s customs office

  • Your national postal carrier

They may be holding the package pending duties, taxes, or clearance.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

7.1 Customer Responsibility

International customers are solely responsible for all:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Clearance fees

  • Brokerage charges

  • Any other import-related costs

We cannot:

  • Mark packages as “Gifts”

  • Declare “No Commercial Value”

  • Modify customs documentation

  • Refund customs or import fees

  • Intervene in customs decisions


7.2 Know Before You Buy

International customers are responsible for reviewing local import regulations prior to placing an order.


8. RISK OF LOSS, DELIVERY ISSUES & TITLE TRANSFER

8.1 Risk Transfers at Carrier Acceptance

Once your package is accepted and scanned by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any carrier:

👉 Title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Digidrop Inc. and The Global Majority are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Carrier routing errors or scan discrepancies

This policy aligns with our Terms of Service and Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.


8.2 “Delivered” but Not Received

If your package shows “Delivered,” please check:

  • With household members

  • With neighbors

  • Apartment or building staff

  • Around all exterior delivery locations

  • With your local post office or carrier

Carrier investigations may be requested.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked Delivered by the carrier.


9. WRONG ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the shipping address provided is:

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

  • Misspelled

  • Missing unit, apartment, or suite number

Digidrop Inc. and The Global Majority are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed delivery

  • Misdelivery

  • Returned shipments

If a package is returned to us:

  • You will be notified

  • Reshipment may be requested at your expense

We cannot intercept, reroute, or change addresses after an order is placed.


10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel shipments

  • Limit shipping to certain regions

  • Restrict product quantities

  • Use alternative carriers

  • Modify shipping methods for operational or security reasons


11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have:

  • Entered fulfillment, or

  • Shipped

Cannot be canceled.

This policy aligns with our Terms of Service and Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.


12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & TGM EASY EXCHANGE PORTAL

12.1 Required Use

All return and exchange requests must be initiated through the official:

👉 TGM Easy Exchange Portal

This ensures:

  • Accurate tracking

  • Correct return instructions

  • Proper item matching

  • Protection against errors or fraud


12.2 Unauthorized Returns

Returns submitted outside the Portal may be:

  • Rejected

  • Returned to sender

  • Subject to additional fees


12.3 Priority Processing

Portal-submitted requests:

  • Are processed first

  • Move faster

  • Reduce delays


12.4 Policy Control

If a conflict exists between Portal instructions and the Refund Policy:
