This website is operated by Digidrop Inc. (“Digidrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on behalf of The Global Majority (“TGM”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or user of the Service.

Digidrop provides this website—including all information, tools, and services available from this site (the “Service”)—to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here (collectively, the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”).

By accessing or using the site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the site or use the Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell TGM products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Your content (excluding payment information) may be transmitted unencrypted across various networks or modified to conform to technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Digidrop Inc.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We do not warrant that information on this site is accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on site information is at your own risk.

The site may contain historical information. We reserve the right to modify content at any time without obligation to update it.

SECTION 6A – SHIPPING; RISK OF LOSS; DELIVERY

Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.):

Title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Neither Digidrop Inc. nor The Global Majority is responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages
Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
Carrier delays or errors
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Damage occurring during transit

Delivery Scan = Fulfilled Order
Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes fulfillment and completion of the order.

Customers are responsible for filing carrier claims. Assistance may be provided as a courtesy but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties. Use is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS

By submitting reviews, content, photos, videos, ideas, or feedback (“User Content”), you grant Digidrop Inc. and The Global Majority a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.

You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content and are solely responsible for your submissions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digidrop Inc., The Global Majority, and their affiliates from any claim arising from:

Your breach of these Terms
Your misuse of the Service
Your User Content
Your violation of law or third-party rights

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access at any time for violations of these Terms. Obligations incurred prior to termination survive termination.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digidrop Inc./The Global Majority.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Informal Resolution Required:
You agree to contact customerservice@theglobalmajority.com before initiating legal action.

Binding Arbitration:
Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

You waive:

Jury trial rights
Class or representative actions

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS

Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

SECTION 22 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & TGM EASY EXCHANGE PORTAL

All returns and exchanges are governed by the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
If a conflict exists, the Refund Policy controls.

SECTION 23 – TGM EASY EXCHANGE PORTAL — REQUIRED USE

All return and exchange requests must be initiated through the official TGM Easy Exchange Portal. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned at your expense.

SECTION 24 – PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Promotions:

Have no cash value
Cannot be applied retroactively
May be modified or canceled at any time
Are void if misused
